Welcome to our transformative healing and coaching practice. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. General Information

• These Terms and Conditions govern all aspects of your relationship with Shaveta’s healing and coaching practice.
• Our services are designed to support individuals on their journey toward wholeness and happiness through various healing and coaching techniques.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
• Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes to these terms.

 2. Service Description

• Shaveta offers personalized healing and coaching sessions, including Theta Healing, Medical Intuitive Techniques, Reiki healing, and coaching methods inspired by Tony Robbins.
•  Sessions are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, focusing on personal growth, energy activation, and overcoming limiting beliefs.
•  Clients are encouraged to participate actively in their healing journey and follow any recommended practices outside of sessions.

 3. Booking and Payment

• To schedule a 1:1 private session, a clarity call is required. This initial consultation helps determine the suitability of the services for your needs.
• Payment for sessions must be made in advance. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.
• All fees are non-refundable except in cases of service cancellation by Shaveta.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

•  Clients may cancel or reschedule their sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture of the session fee.
• In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made at Shaveta’s discretion.

5. Confidentiality

• All client information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential. No details will be disclosed to third parties without the client’s explicit consent, except as required by law.
•  Clients are encouraged to share openly and honestly to maximize the effectiveness of the sessions.

6. Disclaimer

• The services provided by Shaveta are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients should consult their healthcare provider for any health-related concerns.
• Results vary from person to person. While we strive to help clients achieve their goals, we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

7. Client Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Participation in the healing and coaching sessions is voluntary.
• Clients are expected to communicate openly and follow any agreed-upon action plans to achieve the best results.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Shaveta and her practice are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the services.
•  Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific session or service in question.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the practice operates.
• Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
